Well, my reign as a SAHM has come to an end. I have officially taken off my crown. It has been back to the real world this week. When I asked the boys if they were going to miss me….this was their response.
They were not very happy about it.
As hard as it has been to leave my sweet boys and go back to work…I am very thankful for the following..
The 12 awesome weeks I got to be at home with them.
I love what I do! I get fulfillment from my job!
Adult interaction…I have the sweetest clients and coworkers!

My Mom watches my boys for me
I have 2 days a week off to be with M and R
If I had my dream schedule…I would still work but I would work less hours. Right now I work 10-12 hour days and every other Saturday for about 6 hours. So that is about 32-42 hours a week. I would like to work about 20 hours a week! So I’m going to continue to pray that God will work this out for our family! You can never get this time back so I want to miss as little as possible!

You have long days! Are you a nurse? Those hours remind me of a hospital shift! I can only imagine how hard it must be to get back into the swing of things even if you do like your job. Those little boys are so precious! I pray that the Lord opens doors for you to work less as well friend. xo
