Christmas is just too fun already with an 18 month old!! I am so surprised at how much Maddox pays attention to all the decorations in the house. Every evening when he gets home…he goes to every tree in the house and wants us to cut the lights on…even all the garland that has lights. It is so sweet…he says pwetty twee (pretty tree)! I wish that I had done more decorating but thanks to those good ole pregnancy symptoms…tiredness..nausea and all the busyness of the season…I just couldn’t get more done. Hopefully next year I can deck the whole house out big time!
I love this picture!!! It made the Christmas Card!
So did this one!!
Speaking of Christmas Cards…I have been such a slacker getting those done. On Monday as I was recovering from my sickly weekend, I decided to finally get some pictures of Maddox to put on a Card. Lets just say it didn’t go so well. I took lots of pics and he is crying in most of them. So…the pajama pictures it was! It doesn’t get anymore casual than that…buy hey…at least he was smiling!! So I got them ordered and hopefully they will be here by the end of the week.
Can you see what I was going for here? I wanted him to play with the lights buy of course he wouldn’t…. he was throwing them off of him in this pic.
This is how most of the pics turned out!
I even tried to get some at his tree in his bedroom but it didn’t work either. He just runs away….but if the camera wasn’t around….he would just stand and look at his tree all day. (Stubborn like his Daddy) Ha! Love you Chris!
I hope everyone is enjoying their Holiday festivities and all the special moments that this time of the year brings!!
