A GREAT Birthday!!

So today, I turned another year older!  I have to say…I don’t like the getting older part but I love the meaning of a Birthday!!  It means that we have been blessed with another year of life here on this earth.  Often times…if I’m ever having a blah day, I remind myself….I am alive and well and my mood quickly changes!  I don’t ever won’t to take one day for granted!!!

I decided not to take the day off and to go ahead and work.  I scheduled myself a lighter load and even blocked out time to get out for lunch!  I met Maddox, Mama, Joy and LaLa at the House of Pizza and enjoyed a nice birthday lunch!

I did my good friend Andrea’s hair this evening and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get some belly pics.  We are 9 days apart with our pregnancy and both having Boys!!! We are beyond thrilled to get to experience pregnancy together!!!  It couldn’t have worked out better if we had planned it our self!!

When I got home my neighbors came over and brought me this cake and a card!!  That was so sweet of them!!

Chris made us a steak dinner tonight!  Yummy!!! It was sooooo good!!!

He also surprised me with a cake and he even decked it out with candles!!!  This was so sweet of him!!! I told him not to get me a gift for my birthday because we are saving up hard for me to be out of work a little longer after Ryder gets here!  I took 8 weeks off when Maddox was born and it just didn’t feel long enough….so I want to take a couple extra weeks this time! Chris, Maddox and Ryder are the best gifts in life that money just can’t buy!!

It has been a GREAT birthday!! I am so thankful for each and every blessing in my life and I am LOVING the stage of life I’m in and proud to say…..I’m 32!!!!!
